Job summary

Kick Academy in Geelong is seeking a reliable, high-energy coach to lead fun, structured soccer sessions for kids aged 5–13. You'll run training drills and fast-paced indoor games, fostering confidence and teamwork in a year-round role.

Ideal candidates are 18+, love working with children, have soccer knowledge, and can communicate clearly while keeping sessions safe and organized. WWC check or willing to obtain one is required. Weekday evenings from 3:45 pm and some weekend events may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Love for working with kids.
• Soccer experience and/or strong soccer knowledge.
• Confident leading training and small-sided games.
• High energy, strong communication, and a team-first attitude.
• Reliable and organised with a sense of professionalism.
• Experience coaching or working with children.
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

WHO WE ARE:

Kick Academy is Geelong's home of indoor soccer. We're more than just a place to play - we're a place where kids grow on and off the pitch. Our programs are designed to build confidence, inspire effort, and create community through the game we love. Every session and game is packed with energy, encouragement, and impact.

THE ROLE:

We're on the lookout for a reliable, high-energy coach who connects with kids and knows how to make soccer fun while keeping things structured. You'll coach engaging training sessions and fast-paced indoor games for kids aged 5-13.

This isn't just a seasonal job - it's a consistent, year-round role for coaches who want to develop their skills and grow with us as part of the KA community

AVAILABILITY REQUIRED

Weekdays: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:45pm onwards

Additional Work: Extra shifts may be available during events, parties, and tournaments on weekends.

Please only apply if you are available to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, as availability on these days is essential for the role.
