The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering fun, structured and engaging football sessions for children of different ages and abilities.

Depending on your availability, coaching opportunities may include:

• School football programs

• Daycare and preschool programs
• MT Football academy sessions
• School holiday programs
• Other football clinics and events

Locations & Travel

We have programs across Sydney, with a large portion of our current work running from the Sutherland Shire through to the Inner West.

Coaches need to be comfortable with reasonable travel between locations. Wherever possible, we will schedule your work within the same area on a given day to minimise unnecessary travel.

Having a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle is essential for the role.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for people who are:

• Confident and energetic when working with children
• Passionate about football and sport
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Comfortable leading groups and communicating with parents, teachers and children
• Able to create a positive and encouraging environment
• Available for some weekday and/or afternoon sessions

Previous coaching experience is great, but it isn't essential. If you have a strong football background, the right attitude and are great with kids, we can provide training and support.

• Relevant coaching qualifications are highly regarded but not essential
