About the Role:

As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll manage a caseload of young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns. You'll provide a mix of therapeutic intervention, case management, outreach, and collaborative care planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct mental health assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Coordinate care with families, internal teams, and external service providers
  • Respond to crises and provide assertive outreach where needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing
  • Full registration with AHPRA or AASW
  • Experience in youth mental health and complex case management
  • Experience as a Psychologist, OT, Counsellor or Mental health nurse
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • National Police Check, WWCC, and valid driver's licence
