Job summary

Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 across diverse settings under the NDIS. You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team, coordinate therapy plans, and work within a social model to promote independence.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, with opportunities for mentoring, professional development and flexible working options. A driver’s license and screening checks are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working with youth aged 9–25.
• Bachelor or Master in Youth Work or Social Work; professional registration.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to meet billable targets.
• Valid Australian driver’s license; WWCC and NDIS Worker Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interdisciplinary youth team planning NDIs therapy packages.
• Support youth to achieve educational, personal, social and work goals.
• Deliver therapy across homes, schools, community settings.
• Document and bill sessions via online system.
• Participate in weekly Hub meetings and seek supervision.
