Job summary

You will provide expert advice on court work, case management, behaviour programs, and partnerships, while supporting learning and continuous improvement across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience providing expert guidance on youth justice services and policy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate cultural capability and promote inclusive practices aligned with the Human Rights Act 2019.
• Provide leadership advice to staff and staffing cohorts to promote quality practice in youth justice service delivery.
• Analyse operational performance data and assist in developing regional strategies to drive practice improvement.
• Provide expert advice on court, case management processes, and core behaviour change programs.
