Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a Youth Justice Officer to work across a 24/7 roster in a secure Youth Justice Centre in NSW. The role involves supervising young people and promoting education, programs and daily activities to reduce reoffending, within a multidisciplinary team.

• work as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting young people while maintaining a safe and structured environment.
• work as part of a team-based environment within a secure Youth Justice Centre, supporting young people alongside psychologists, caseworkers and other specialists.
