The Department of Justice and Community Safety (Youth Justice) seeks an Admissions Officer to support admissions at Parkville, with flex across Malmsbury and Cherry Creek. You will maintain CRIS data, process admissions and transfers, and keep accurate records to support safe youth justice operations.

You will receive funded training, including a Certificate IV in Youth Justice, and work in a team dedicated to safety, accuracy and service delivery for young people, staff and the community.

Formación

• Excellent administrative and data entry skills.
• Understanding of the Youth Justice CRIS system is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviours and maintain safety.
• Understanding adolescent development and related issues.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate CRIS records for admissions, releases and court events.
• Coordinate transfers between Parkville, Malmsbury and Cherry Creek.
• Record movements, conduct security checks and monitor alarms.
• Assist with admissions processes and related administration.
• Escort young people and manage client property as required.
