Job summary

Anglicare Central Queensland (AnglicareCQ) seeks a Children, Youth and Families Manager for a permanent position based in Emerald. Lead headspace Emerald and oversee related Counselling and Youth programs across Central Queensland, focusing on growth and sustainability.

You will manage contracts, budgets and reporting, promote organisational values at events, and ensure trauma-informed, youth-friendly service delivery through strong leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Must have a relevant degree and minimum managerial experience.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, funding and reporting.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and service growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee headspace Emerald operations and related youth programs.
• Manage contracts, budgets, KPIs, and reporting for service agreements.
• Promote AnglicareCQ values at events and through partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic plans and annual workplans.
• Coordinate meetings with heads of partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with headspace model and accreditation standards.
• Oversee recruitment, staff performance, and supervision.
