Job summary

headspace Orange is seeking a Youth Care Coordinator to guide young people toward better mental health. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, tailor evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to sustain engagement and improve outcomes.

What will you do?

What do you need?

• Qualifications in (or working towards) psychology, social work, occupational therapy, nursing, drug and alcohol work, youth work, mental health, or other relevant fields for providing clinical interventions
• Experience in conducting clinical assessments of young people facing mental health or drug and alcohol challenges
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with young people
• A solid understanding of technology and clinical software packages
