Job summary

Contour Education in Narre Warren is seeking enthusiastic Year 7–10 Maths tutors to lead small groups (8–20 students), share a love of learning, and help students build confidence. You will use world-class workbooks designed by subject experts to guide students through maths concepts and problem solving.

Qualifications

• VCE completion with 99+ ATAR and 40+ raw study scores in VCE Maths Methods.
• First-year university level mathematics knowledge or above.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Commit to a full academic year with minimum 10 hours of weekly commitment.
• Available to work at the Narre Warren campus and on Monday afternoons/evenings and weekends.

What You Will Do

• Teach – Guide groups of Year 7–10 students through content and problem-solving.

What You Will Bring

• VCE completion with 99+ATAR with 40+raw study scores in VCE MathsMethods .
• First-year university level knowledge or above in Mathematics.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred, but not essential).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset.
• A full academic year commitment with minimum 10 hours of weekly commitment.
• Ability to work at our Narre Warren campus.
• Availability to work on Monday afternoon/evenings and weekends.
