You will be responsible for operations such as loading and unloading trucks and maintaining equipment. We are seeking hardworking and reliable yardman with forklift licence for our client in Ormeau

What you'll be doing:

• Forklift operation - loading and unloading trucks, moving stock around yard, experience with ugly freight and uneven loads
• Cleaning of equipment and on hire gear
• Check asset numbers off hire equipment & paperwork
• Operating high pressure washer
• Operating hand and pwoer tools such as grinders, airless spray guns and welding
• Despatch and receiving goods
• Any other task required

What we're looking for

• MUST hold a current forklift licence
• MUST have mininum 12+ months experience counterbalance
• MUST have experience with Ugly freight and uneven loads
• Experience with welding for touch-up jobs
• Good work ethic and attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• MUST be reliable
• Physically fit
• Available to start ASAP!!
• Own car and licence
• Must have FULL working rights to work in Australia
