Job summary

Adecco Australia Group is seeking a reliable Yard Hand / Forklift Operator to join our client’s team in Dubbo, NSW. The role involves yard-based forklift operation, stock movement and loading trucks and customer vehicles, with emphasis on safety, reliability and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will operate forklift safely in the yard, move and organise stock, and support general yard duties while learning our client’s product range and processes.

Qualifications

• Good practical forklift operating experience.
• Experience moving and positioning different-sized loads.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Yard Hand / Forklift Operator to join our client’s team.

This is a hands‑on yard-based position involving forklift operation, movement of products, stock organisation and loading trucks and customer vehicles.

There are a large number of different products on site, including longer and potentially awkward loads, so strong forklift skills, good spatial awareness and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Reliability is an absolute MUST.

We are looking for someone who will consistently turn up on time, be ready to work and become a dependable member of the team.
