AEH Group in Echuca is seeking a Yard Hand to join Rural Group. You’ll help organise and present the yard, support workshop operations, and ensure equipment and machinery are ready when needed. No two days look the same, making this a rewarding role for someone who enjoys variety.

If you’re a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you. A current driver’s license is essential; heavy vehicle and forklift licenses are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organisation of the dealership yard.
• Ensure the yard is free of debris, hazards and obstructions.
• Organise and arrange machinery and equipment in a neat, orderly, and accessible manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading of machinery and equipment.
• Perform general landscaping tasks, such as mowing, weeding, and grounds maintenance.
• Safely transport machinery between dealership locations or to customer sites.
• Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.

The Opportunity:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organisation of the dealership yard and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the yard is free of debris, hazards, and obstructions, promoting a safe working environment.
• Organise and arrange machinery and equipment in a neat, orderly, and accessible manner, according to dealership procedures.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of machinery and equipment as required.
• Perform general landscaping tasks, such as mowing, weeding, and maintaining grounds appearance.
• Safely and efficiently transport machinery and equipment between dealership locations or to customer sites
• Assist other departments with various tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and team-oriented approach

About you:

• Current driver's licence is essential
• Heavy vehicle licence would be advantageous
• Forklift licence would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of your work
• A reliable team player who is happy to pitch in and get the job done
