Job summary

THE FINAL GROUP is seeking a hands-on dealership support team member to keep vehicles looking their best. The role involves washing and preparing cars, maintaining a tidy yard, and ensuring vehicles are ready for delivery to new owners.

You will work with the vehicle buying and operations teams, assist with collections, and help with day-to-day dealership duties. A valid Australian driver’s license and reliability are essential; automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Hold a full open Australian driver's licence.
• Hardworking, reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to help with day-to-day dealership duties.
• Previous automotive experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles on the yard to maintain presentation.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean and ready for owners.
• Keep the display yard and site clean, tidy and professionally presented.
• Assist the vehicle buying team with vehicle collections.
• Support the operations team by dropping off and collecting vehicles from suppliers.
• Regularly start vehicles and check fuel levels.
• Refuel vehicles as required.
• Prepare vehicles for photography three days a week.
