ManpowerGroup is seeking a Workshop Technician in Murarrie, QLD, to join a busy workshop. The role involves assembling and testing electronic and mechanical components, with full training provided and the potential for permanency.

The ideal candidate will have workshop or trade experience, be comfortable with hand and power tools, and be able to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Immediate start available.

Workshop Technician | Murarrie | $34.96 per Hour

We are currently seeking a Workshop Technician to join a growing and supportive team based in Murarrie. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with workshop, manufacturing, assembly, or trade assistant experience who is confident using hand and power tools and enjoys working in a practical environment.

Key Details:

• Location: Murarrie, QLD
• Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Employment Type: Casual with HIGH potential for permanency
• Start: Immediate start available

About the Role

As a Workshop Technician, you will play an important role in the assembly, preparation, and testing of electronic and mechanical components within a busy workshop environment. Full training will be provided on company-specific processes and testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, solder, terminate, and assemble wires and cables
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Operate basic computer systems to adjust settings and test electronic components
• Conduct quality checks and assist with product testing
• Perform manual handling of materials and componentsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Always follow company procedures and safety requirements

• Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems

• A reliable, proactive, and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to obtain or provide a current police clearance
