SMS Mining Services is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our High Wycombe workshop in a full-time Monday–Friday day shift. You will oversee maintenance, asset performance and workshop productivity while guiding a skilled team of tradespeople, apprentices and support staff.

This role offers a path into a key leadership position within a well-established WA mining contractor, focused on safety, accountability and continuous improvement to drive workshop performance and operational

Qualifications

• Trade qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in asset management within a workshop environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to interpret technical data, part numbers, and mechanical schematics.
• Knowledge of workshop operations, maintenance planning, and compliance standards.
• Able to lead by example
• Demonstrable in field safety leadership

• Coordinate maintenance activities, workforce planning and resource allocation to maximise workshop performance.
• Plan and prioritise workshop workloads and maintenance schedules.
