A senior Workshop Manager role has just opened – a pivotal position that coordinates all operational aspects of our ongoing projects while leading the workshop department. You will bridge project management, planning, line management, and the maintenance team to ensure seamless delivery and uncompromised safety.
Key to this role is partnering with the Maintenance Operations Manager to monitor project status, budgets, schedules and to produce concise status reports.
This position will assist the Maintenance operations Manager in overseeing the status of projects and budgets; managing schedules and preparation of status reports. Conducts performance and personnel related issues of MRO/Workshop staff.
