Job summary

Devilee’s Air Conditioning & Refrigeration in Mildura VIC is seeking a reliable, hands-on person to join our workshop-based team. You will assist with cutting, folding and assembling sheet metal components used in HVAC installations and receive on-the-job training.

No previous sheet metal experience is required; training will be provided. We value attendance, punctuality, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with long-term, stable employment and opportunities to build trade skills.

Devilee’s Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a well-established, family-owned business with over 60 years in operation. We have a dedicated in-house sheet metal workshop supporting our HVAC installation teams and are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our crew.

About the Role

This is a workshop-based role assisting with the fabrication and preparation of sheet metal components used in air conditioning installations.

While previous sheet metal experience is highly regarded, it is not essential. We are open to training the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Key Duties

• Assisting with cutting, folding and assembling sheet metal
• Operating basic workshop machinery (training provided)
• Handling materials and manual tasks
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop
• Supporting qualified sheet metal workers as required

About You

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is willing to learn.
