Job summary

HR with Ease is seeking a General Hand for a locally based manufacturing workshop in New South Wales. The role supports workshop operations, safety and workflow, performing housekeeping, simple fabrication, and materials handling to keep production moving.

You will assist with maintenance, safety checks, and orderly tool storage while complying with PPE requirements. A current Australian driver’s licence is essential; forklift tickets and some welding/lathe experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Logistics and stock handling including forklift movement and local deliveries.
• Maintenance and safety reporting, PPE usage and hazard identification.
