Job summary

Coastwide Engineering is seeking an experienced Boilermaker for workshop-based projects, maintenance, shutdowns and breakdowns on the Illawarra / South Coast NSW. You will work across project and maintenance tasks, following procedures and prioritising safety for yourself and colleagues.

The role covers breakdown response, including after-hours callouts, with a mix of long-term and short-notice work. A strong track record in steel/heavy industry is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven industry experience in steel, mining, quarry or heavy industry.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Follow company procedures at all times.
• Take responsibility for your own safety and those around you.
• Project and Maintenance work.
• Breakdown response (including after-hours callouts).
