Job summary

AAMG is seeking an experienced Boilermaker to join our Brisbane-based maintenance team in Darra. You will work in a busy mining component rebuild workshop on CAT, Komatsu and Liebherr equipment, delivering precise fabrication and welding with a long-term, stable career path.

Role offers a Monday–Friday roster with a day shift at a competitive rate of $60.00/hr. Immediate start available for the right candidate in a clean, organised workshop environment, focused on quality workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• MIG and/or Stick welding skills are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair mining equipment components.
• Weld and fabricate steel components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings for fabrication work.
• Perform general workshop fabrication and modifications.
