PROGRAMMED Energy and Resources is seeking a qualified Boilermaker for workshop fabrication work in the Newcastle area. The role is permanent with an immediate start, Monday to Friday roster, generally 6am - 2:30pm, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) and have 5+ years of light to medium fabrication welding experience, including flux core and positional welding, capable of reading drawings and passing weld tests.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in light to medium fabrication welding.
• Experience with flux core/positional welding.
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Excellent attendance record and pass medical and D&A tests.
• Provide 1-2 work referees in a supervisory role.
• Weld test required for successful applicants.

• Fabricate components in a workshop environment.
