Job summary

Emmetts Pty Ltd in Swan Hill is seeking a proactive Workshop Administrator to join our busy Service team on a full-time basis. You’ll help coordinate scheduling, invoicing, and day-to-day communications across Ag and Heavy Vehicle service lines, working closely with technicians, branches and customers to keep operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our Swan Hill team in a full-time role, providing ongoing support to our busy Service team.

This varied role plays an important part in keeping our workshop operations running efficiently across the region. Working alongside another Workshop Administrator, together you’ll support the coordination, scheduling, invoicing, and communication across our Ag and Heavy Vehicle service teams — working closely with technicians, branches, and customers to help keep everything on track.
