Job summary

Vertaview Group is seeking an experienced Workplace Relations professional to partner with leaders across our multi-entity organisation. You will提供 strategic and operational guidance on employee and industrial relations, drive best-practice outcomes, and support organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in workplace relations, industrial relations, or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, workplace regulations, awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Experience managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across all levels of the organisation.

• Oversee and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, compliant, and commercially sound outcomes.
• Lead enterprise bargaining activities and cultivate productive relationships with unions and key external stakeholders.
• Represent the organisation in employment-related litigation, Fair Work Commission matters, and industrial disputes.
• Build leadership capability by delivering expert coaching and guidance on workplace relations best practice.
• Shape and enhance workplace relations frameworks, policies, and processes to support organisational performance and compliance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workplace Relations professional who thrives in both strategic and operational work. Partnering with leaders across the organisation, you will provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters, driving best-practice outcomes and supporting organisational objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage a broad range of workplace relations issues, including EBA investigations, dispute resolution, union engagement, policy development, Fair Work Commission matters, and complex case management. This diverse role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a critical service-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities
