Job summary

KINNECT in Australia runs a structured 12-month Graduate Program designed to accelerate your growth, with hands-on learning in assessments, injury prevention, and case management from your first weeks. You'll receive expert supervision, mentorship and a peer network of graduates, plus cross-disciplinary exposure alongside physiotherapists, OTs and other health professionals.

On completion, you can transition to a permanent role and continue building a rewarding career in workplace rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Professional registrations required: AEP (ESSA), OT (AHPRA), PT (AHPRA), Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC or RCAA).
• Structured graduate program with supervised exposure to workplace rehabilitation.
• Eligibility to work in Australia and hold relevant registration by program start.

Responsibilities

• Assess injured workers to determine pathways back to work.
• Visit workplaces to understand barriers and educate employers on injury prevention.
• Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
• Case manage complex injuries and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals.
