Sparke Helmore in Brisbane is seeking a Lawyer transitioning to Associate to join our Workplace team. You will work with Partners and senior practitioners across employment, workplace health and safety, and industrial relations matters from early in your career.

We offer structured mentoring, secondment opportunities and a clear path for career progression within a supportive, diverse firm that values client relationships and practical, hands-on experience.

Competenze

• Admitted to practice with 0-2 years’ PQE, gained in private practice, government or an in-house legal team.
• Strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety law.
• Some exposure to workplace matters, including employment disputes, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, discrimination matters, industrial relations or safety incidents.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Advocacy experience is advantageous but not essential.
