Job summary

Worklogic in Sydney seeks a Workplace Investigator (Consultant/Principal Consultant) to manage investigations into employee misconduct and support culture reviews for clients across public, private, not-for-profit, and law firms.

You will lead end-to-end investigations, deliver practical recommendations, participate in business development, and contribute to thought leadership while upholding the highest standards of integrity in a dynamic, client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or field and a willingness to learn
• Ability to confidently manage complex and sensitive matters with empathy and cultural awareness
• Meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills and report writing skills
• Ability to juggle multiple matters at any one time
• Steadfast ability to remain independent and with the highest of integrity
• Ability to build and maintain positive and strong client relationships
• Background in human resources or employment relations, policing
• Keen understanding of employee misconduct and risk management
• Willingness to assist with business development such as writing thought leadership pieces, participating in webinars.

Workplace Investigator (Part or Full Time)

You will join Worklogic's Sydney team as a Workplace Investigator (Consultant/Principal Consultant). Each day will be different as you liaise with a range of clients from various sectors across the public and private sector, not-for-profit and leading law firms.

Key responsibilities

End to end management of workplace investigations into employee misconduct, typically involving complaints of bullying, harassment, or discrimination

Culture reviews and psychosocial risk audits, and developing realistic, practical, and sustainable recommendations

Internal projects such as ensuring our processes remain best practice and writing thought leadership pieces
