Worklogic Pty Ltd is seeking a Workplace Investigator to join our Sydney team. The role covers investigations into employee misconduct, culture reviews, and psychosocial risk audits across diverse clients in public, private, not-for-profit sectors, and leading law firms.

You will manage end-to-end investigations, contribute to process improvements, and facilitate workshops on people and culture compliance, with opportunities for business development and thought leadership.

Job description

Workplace Investigator (Part or Full Time)

You will join Worklogic's Sydney team as a Workplace Investigator (Consultant/Principal Consultant). Each day will be different as you liaise with a range of clients from various sectors across the public and private sector, not-for-profit and leading law firms.

Key responsibilities

  • End to end management of workplace investigations into employee misconduct, typically involving complaints of bullying, harassment, or discrimination
  • Culture reviews and psychosocial risk audits, and developing realistic, practical, and sustainable recommendations
  • Internal projects such as ensuring our processes remain best practice and writing thought leadership pieces
  • Facilitate face to face and virtual workshops on people and culture compliance

About you

  • Experience in a similar role or field and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to confidently manage complex and sensitive matters with empathy and cultural awareness
  • Meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills and report writing skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple matters at any one time
  • Steadfast ability to remain independent and with the highest of integrity
  • Ability to build and maintain positive and strong client relationships
  • Background in human resources or employment relations, policing
  • Keen understanding of employee misconduct and risk management
  • Willingness to assist with business development such as writing thought leadership pieces, participating in webinars.
