Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to deliver an exceptional client experience in our Australia offices. You will engage with staff and visitors, coordinate soft services, and work closely with the client, service partners, and Westpac to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality and a track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment while working independently; strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Superior communication skills, written and verbal, and a strong orientation to provide exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback related to the services within the workplace.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of soft services delivery to ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with the account team across Facility Management, Housekeeping, Security and Events to deliver Experience Services.
• Spend time welcoming employees and ensuring spaces are stocked and maintained across Workspaces.
• Respond to all requests within one day, with a personal follow-up to ensure questions are answered.
