Job summary

Avanade seeks a senior Workplace Advisory professional in Australia to guide strategic client engagements at the intersection of business strategy and technology, focusing on workplace experiences and GenAI/M365 Copilot adoption.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will lead delivery, assist with sales efforts, and craft client proposals to transform digital workplace experiences for leading organisations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and selling large, integrated workplace solutions.
• Consulting or advisory experience with a focus on workplace and employee experience strategies.
• Experience in the roll out of Microsoft Copilot and agents, including use case ideation, training and business case justification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to advise clients at strategic levels
• Provide big-picture and tactical guidance on technology-enabled business outcomes
• Lead client engagements and teams to drive innovation, collaboration, productivity improvement, AI adoption at scale and be responsible for the project management and associated deliverables
• Develop and evolve employee centric experience and organisation transformation strategies propositions and solutions.
• Support the identification, development, and selling of workplace experience client propositions and pitch in response to market demand and digital trends.
• Deliver sales presentations to clients and responding to RFPs aligned with Digital Workplace Experiences.
• Assume a substantive role in the Advisory Practice with leadership qualities.

Location and Travel

• The role is open to candidates based in Sydney and Melbourne.
• You will be willing to travel interstate if required for project requirements.
