We’re looking for Schedulers to join our team! There are vacancies for 12-month fixed term contracts.
As a Scheduler, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our services have the right people in the right place at the right time. You’ll coordinate staff rosters, fill vacant shifts, respond to changes, and work closely with operational teams to keep our services running smoothly.
Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Public Holidays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Schedulers may work across these operating hours as part of a rostered team.

This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage the day‑to‑day operational rosters, including planning for leave and filling of shifts, to support Scope to mobilise a skilled and capable workforce to empower our clients to belong and thrive, now and into the future, sustainably.
You will ideally have existing rostering experience and some familiarity with associated tools, be organised, able to manage competing priorities and be flexible and adaptable. Above all your positive, can‑do attitude sets you apart.
