Chisholm is seeking an experienced Workforce Development Business Partner for our People, Culture and Safety team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Workforce Development Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the implementation of best practice processes in Workforce Development across the Organisation, maintaining a strong focus on employee engagement and workforce capability.
  • Contribute to the embedding of Chisholm’s Professional Development Framework ensuring this is clearly articulated in all related communications.
  • Design, organise and deliver Workforce Development and Employee Engagement programs in response to and aligned with, the People Plan and annual organisational professional development plan.
  • Support and coordinate the organisation’s induction programs including facilitation to support a positive and engaging employee onboarding experience.
  • Design and facilitate workshops and programs conducted under the umbrella of the Professional Development Framework that meet the requirements of the business using best practice learning methodologies and frameworks.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and people leaders in relation to the annual Performance and Development Review Process managed through the online platform.
  • Access, analyse and provide associated reports at both an organisational and Business Area level.
  • Ensure consistency with the Child Safe Standards and respond in accordance with Institute’s policies and agreed practices.

ABOUT YOU

You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in the design, development, delivery, facilitation and evaluation of learning and development solutions.

Qualifications required for the role:

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Development, Change Management, or relevant discipline (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) (desirable)
