Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking a Lawyer to join the Sunshine Workers Compensation team on a full-time, permanent basis with flexible work arrangements. The role focuses on managing a Workers Compensation practice and delivering clear legal and commercial guidance to clients.

The successful candidate should have experience in personal injury and Workers Compensation, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Previous practising experience in personal injury law with a passion for Workers Compensation Law.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
• Ability to listen to, and empathise with clients and their families.
• Ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily.
• Superior organisational skills.

Responsibilities
