The University of Melbourne is seeking a Workday-focused specialist to configure and support Workday Talent (Performance & Goals) and HCM Core for staff across the university. You will translate HR and business needs into compliant configurations, collaborating with HR, IT and vendors in a complex enterprise environment.
You will lead workshops, manage testing, and provide Tier 1–2 support while developing guides and training to uplift Workday capability.

Your new team – Chief Information Officer Group The Chief Information Officer Group is the University’s integrated IT function, enabling teaching, learning, research and administration. You will join a collaborative team designing, delivering and maintaining technology solutions, including HR platforms like Workday. Working closely with colleagues across the Chief Operating Officer Portfolio and HR, you will support strategic initiatives. You will help keep the University’s technology environment secure, reliable and adaptable, enabling continuous improvement.
