Cognizant's Workday Student Practice in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead design and configuration across Student Records, enrolment, progression, completion and government reporting, with expansion into Recruiting and Admissions.

You will guide institutions on how Workday Student meets needs, lead workstreams, mentor consultants, and ensure alignment with Student Financials, external systems and TAC processes.

Formación

• Senior practitioner with background in student records, administration or admissions.
• Understanding of academic structure, enrolment, progression and graduation.
• Familiarity with TAC processes and regional CRMs connected to SIS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and design sessions for academic structure, enrolment, progression, and graduation.
• Lead Admissions design across TAC and direct entry channels, including international pathways and offers.
• Configure Student Records and Admissions processes, rules, eligibility, holds and statuses.
• Bridge data mapping, triggers, timing, error handling and ownership with integrations.
• Define regional CRM interactions with Workday Student and data handoff with technical teams.
• Prepare unit testing, end-to-end and integration tests; support defect resolution.
• Support data conversion and go-live readiness; provide Workday best practices.
