Cognizant in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead the Workday Student Practice. You will guide universities on Student Records and Admissions design, including TAC processes, government reporting and international pathways.

This senior role requires deep experience in student records, admissions and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on aligning Workday Student with local structures and reporting obligations across AU/NZ higher education sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Senior practitioner with background in student records, student administration, admissions or student systems.
• Understanding of academic structure, enrolment, progression and graduation in student records.
• Familiarity with TAC processes and data exchange with institutions.
• Knowledge of regional student regulations and reporting obligations in AU/NZ.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery and design for academic structure, student records, enrolment, progression and graduation.
• Lead Admissions design across TAC, direct entry channels, international student pathways and offers.
• Configure Student Records and Admissions processes, rules, eligibility, holds and statuses.
• Define data mapping, triggers, timing, error handling and ownership across integrations.
• Provide guidance on Workday leading practices while considering institutional context.
