Qualifications

• Strong understanding of how websites work and WordPress experience.

• Ability to build great relationships and follow existing processes.

Responsibilities

• Help clients via phone and email with technical challenges on their WordPress sites.
• Pro‑actively maintain client WordPress sites; keep plugins up-to-date and patch security issues.
• Assist internal teams (PMs, Account Managers, Designers, Marketing) with technical items.
• Install Google Analytics and advanced tracking on client sites.
• Collaborate with SEO to implement technical improvements and speed optimisations.
• Launch websites across various hosting environments and manage support tickets.
