DUCANI PTY LTD seeks an industrious worker to set up and operate woodworking machinery, including profile laminator, moulder, beam saw, CNC and perforator. You will monitor product quality, adjust machines as needed, and keep a safe, tidy work area while supporting production improvements.

Ideal applicants are mechanically minded, able to plan ahead, work autonomously with the owner, and maintain high-quality standards with reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Experience in woodworking production or manufacturing.
• Able to anticipate production needs and plan work accordingly.
• Mechanically minded with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Able to work autonomously and alongside the owner.
• Honest, reliable, punctual and focused on efficient production.
• Able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and close attention to detail.
• A current forklift licence is required.
• Experience with woodworking or similar production machinery will be highly regarded.
