Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current registration.
• Experience in acute healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and acute nursing skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work rotating roster (AM, PM and night).
• Collaborative approach and positive team relationships.

Aufgaben

• Undertaking comprehensive patient assessments and recognising normal and abnormal clinical findings.
• Developing, implementing and evaluating nursing care plans.
• Communicating patient assessments, care plans and clinical concerns effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
• Delivering evidence-based nursing care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Working within your scope of practice and escalating concerns appropriately.
• Supporting a positive team culture and safe patient care environment.
