Job summary

Witchery, part of Country Road Group, is seeking a Store Manager in Sydney to bring the brand to life in-store. You will lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional customer experiences and manage daily store operations with a focus on growth and profitability.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Conduct detailed analysis of cluster performance to make informed business decisions impacting profitability
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
