Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Witchery in Sydney. You will oversee store performance across departments, collaborating with the Store/Cluster Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets while focusing on team training and development to nurture future leaders.

You will coach the team on product knowledge, lead stock management and loss prevention, and align daily actions with the brand strategy to deliver an exceptional store experience.

As an Assistant Store Manager for Witchery, Oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively with the Store/Cluster Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team.

How You Will Contribute
