Job summary

Witchery in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance across departments, working with the Store/Cluster Manager to achieve sales and profitability targets. You will focus on coaching and development to nurture future leaders while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will lead stock management, loss prevention, and rostering, while modelling Witchery’s brand and CRG values.

As an Assistant Store Manager for Witchery, Oversee and drive store performance across all departments, working collaboratively with the Store/Cluster Manager and other team members to achieve sales and profitability targets. With a focus on team training and development, you will identify, support and nurture future leaders within the team.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Understand the strengths, opportunities, and development needs of the team, setting clear plans to address these for future growth.
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
