Our Loxton winery is located in the heart of the Riverland and offers a hands‑on, team‑focused environment where safety, quality and continuous improvement are valued.
Reporting to the Senior Winemaker, this role is responsible for supporting the planning, scheduling and delivery of day‑to‑day winemaking operations across wine and juice production. You will work closely with the Winemaking, Cellar and Production teams to help ensure work is planned, communicated and completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized and committed to scheduling and delivering work in a planned and structured way. You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating clearly and consistently following through on agreed schedules and deadlines.
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Wine Science or equivalent are essential, along with highly proficient computer skills. To be considered for this ongoing role, applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
Applicants must be available and willing to work extended shifts, rotating shifts and weekends during the Vintage period.
