Job summary

Samuel Smith & Son and Negociants Australia, based in Welshpool, is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the local sales and customer marketing teams and ensure the smooth operation of the state office.

You will coordinate branch facilities, support activations and events, manage stock allocations and samples, and maintain strong working relationships with the Region Manager, principals and customers to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer activations, events, or sales and administrative support.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive office administration support including onboarding, travel bookings, and invoices.
• Coordinate branch facilities management and landlord reporting.
• Support sales and marketing teams with activations and events.
• Assist in planning branch events and customer winery itineraries.
• Manage POS materials, promotional assets, and stock allocations.
• Identify stock shortages via CRM and report slow movers.
