Job summary

RACQ is hiring a Windscreen Fitter to deliver workshop and mobile glazing services across various vehicle makes and models in Brisbane North. You’ll work independently, travel to customer sites, replace and repair Autoglass, and provide a high-quality service from start to finish.

We welcome experienced windscreen fitters or automotive glaziers, and also offer trainee positions starting at $29.50 per hour. If you’re safety-minded and customer-focused, RACQ offers pathing to long-term career

Qualifications

• Previous experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing or a related trade.
• A current C Class Driver Licence and ability to complete pre-employment screening.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.

Locations: Lawnton, Geebung or Eagle Farm

Employment Type: Full-time | Monday-Friday | 40 hours per week

Salary: Earn up to $43 per hour (based on experience) + superannuation.

About the role

As a Windscreen Fitter, you'll provide both workshop and mobile auto glazing services across a range of vehicle makes and models. Working independently, you'll travel to customer locations, replace and repair Autoglass, and deliver a professional service experience from start to finish.
