Job summary

RACQ is looking for a Windscreen Fitter/Glazier to join our Brisbane North team, with locations Lawnton, Geebung or Eagle Farm. Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, delivering windscreen replacement and automotive glazing services in workshop and on-site at customer locations.

We value safety, quality workmanship and great customer service. Trainee opportunities start at $29.50 per hour, with experienced fitters earning up to $43 per hour plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in windscreen fitting or automotive glazing.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.
• Current C Class Driver Licence and ability to complete pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide workshop and mobile auto glazing services across a range of vehicle makes and models.
• Travel to customer locations to replace and repair Autoglass and deliver a professional service experience from start to finish.

About the role

As a Windscreen Fitter, you'll provide both workshop and mobile auto glazing services across a range of vehicle makes and models. Working independently, you'll travel to customer locations, replace and repair Autoglass, and deliver a professional service experience from start to finish.

Who we’re looking for

We're keen to hear from people who bring:

• Previous experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing or a related trade.
• A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule.
• A current C Class Driver Licence and ability to complete pre-employment screening.

If you are not experienced but would like to start a career, we offer opportunities as a Trainee Windscreen Fitter and the potential to complete your trade qualification.
