Job summary

O’Brien® invites applications for an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter at our Nerang (Gold Coast) Service Centre. You’ll begin a nationally recognised Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our training program and gain hands‑on experience in repairing and replacing automotive glass to Australian standards.

As you progress, you’ll perform ADAS windscreen recalibrations, carry out glass chip repairs and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Automotive Industry (highly regarded).
• Manual driver’s licence (highly regarded).
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools.
• Strong work ethic and desire for a long‑term career.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting company products.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
