Job summary

Vitrocsa Australia in Sydney is seeking experienced Window Installers to join our on-site team on a full‑time basis. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in window installation or related trades and possess their own tools, a White Card, a valid driver licence, and the ability to work unsupervised.

You will read workshop drawings, install our aluminium systems with tight tolerances, conduct tests and finish at final fit-off, with overtime opportunities and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Local experience in Window Installation, Carpentry, Joinery, Cabinet-making or a relevant trade.
• Strong track record in delivering quality work.
• Own set of standard tools to perform the role.
• Current White Card.
• Own vehicle and valid Driver Licence.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
• Legal rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

About the Role.

We are seeking experienced Window Installers to join our Sydney team on a full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience working with windows or 3 to 5 years' experience in carpentry or a relevant trade.

Hourly rate negotiable to suit experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading workshop drawings
• Installing our custom-made aluminium windows on site
• Working to 0.5mm tolerances
• Performing testing, troubleshooting and completion of final fit off
• Work with a high-end product
• On the job training
