Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks, including lifting 80+ lbs.
• 1+ years of experience in window and door installation.
• 2 years of experience in carpentry.
• OSHA 10/30 or be willing to acquire it.

Responsibilities

• Be a team player and willing to work and learn on the job.
• Perform carpentry and glazing tasks.
• Practice job site safety.
• Remove old windows, doors, and shutters.
• Install a variety of window and door products and brands.
• Read and understand building codes, building plans, and product approvals.
• Prep and clean construction sites.
• Load and unload construction materials.
• Erect scaffolding and operate lifts and ladders.
• Willing to learn new skills every day.
