Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with high safety standards and ability to perform electrical fault finding.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using computer systems to monitor tasks and document work.
• Able to travel to other sites as required and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbines and site infrastructure.
• Follow GE manuals, specifications, and work instructions to perform tasks and inspections.
• Conduct maintenance, fault finding, and high voltage switching operations as required.
• Participate in annual maintenance, retrofit works, major component exchanges, and fault finding.
• Use GE software tools to maintain reports and submit technical queries.
• Ensure compliance with JSA, LOTO, EHS policies, and report issues promptly.
• Make a conformance or non-conformance decision upon completion of inspections.
• Report errors, violations, incidents, or problems immediately using GE reporting systems.
• Embrace a 37.5-hour work week, with overtime and on-call rosters as directed.
